Shipping Policy

Canadian Shipping will cost a minimum of 5$, if you would like tracking on your package it will be closer to 15$. If you do not have a lot of mail, you might just decide to do no tracking. If you order with no tracking be aware your package might get lost in the mail, and there will be nothing I can do about it.

ALL International Shipping will have to include tracking just to cover myself and my reputation. When you purchase shipping, you will be shipped out the nearest Thursday, if that is not possible you will be notified. When purchasing shipping it will come with insurance. Be patient with shipping as it can take up to 2 weeks to reach you in America, overseas might take a while longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Packs- Unfortunately there is No return policy on any packs that were opened. Make sure you are okay with your order before you place your purchase. TCG packs are all RNG.

Mystery Packs and Stickers- All Packs and stickers will be random, don't expect to know what the hits are. You get what you get and will not receive a refund.

Raffle spots- Are final, no wanting a refund if you do not win the prize. Winner will be decided from the rules in the description of the item purchased.

If you have a problem with the package after shipped please get in contact with me and we can figure out compensation if something is damaged.
